Homemade Gravy
INGREDIENTS:
- Add to pan juices/scrapings
- 2 tablespoons of gluten free plain flour
- 1 teaspoon massel vegetable stock powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Water or vegetable stock (from steaming vegetables)
- Tamari sauce (to taste)
METHOD:
- Scrape pan and mix through gluten free plain flour, lightly brown and then add vegetable stock powder and salt and pepper.
- Add water or liquid stock and bring gravy to boil, stirring constantly.
- Simmer until gravy is medium thickness, add tamari and simmer.
