Low sugar Breakfast Smoothie

This smoothie is low histamine, gluten, dairy free and great for detoxing with Thermophase

Ingredients

  • 1 glass of water
  • 1 scoop Thermophase detox powder
  • 1 scoop collagen protein
  • 1 teaspoon GIT regenex
  • 1 handful organic blueberries (can purchase frozen from coles or woolies)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut yoghurt
  • 1 scoop granola (Tracey’s granola used). approx 2 tablespoons
  • 1 teaspoon psyllium husks
  • 3-4 ice cubes

Method

  1. Blend until combined
  2. Drink quickly as psyllium sets.
