No banana, Green Smoothie
Green smoothies are fantastic in any shape or form, but we’re loving this no fruit, no sweetener go-to smoothie!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1/4 medium avocado
- 1 T chia pudding
- 1 t bee pollen
- 1 t coconut butter
- 1 t abc butter
- 5 macadamias
- 1 t lucuma powder (could be omitted as this powder is a little sweet tasting)
- 1 t maca powder
- 1/2 tumbler of choice filled with filtered water,
- 1/2 of the tumbler of chice filled with homemade almond milk
METHOD:
Blend until smooth
* The chia pudding used here is one we keep in the fridge at all times as it is a great way to add body to smoothies and cooking without banana and a great way to reduce time, rather than adding protein on seperate occasions or waiting for the chia to absorb the water.
