No date, peanut and choc chip balls

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 2 T honey
  • 3 T peanut butter
  • 1 cup dessicated coconut
  •  2 T coconut milk
  •  5 ice cubes of raw chocolate, chopped into shards

METHOD:

Blend ingredients, excluding chocolate, until combined. add chocolate and quickly stir. Form balls, squeezing well before taking shape.
