No date, peanut and choc chip balls
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 2 T honey
- 3 T peanut butter
- 1 cup dessicated coconut
- 2 T coconut milk
- 5 ice cubes of raw chocolate, chopped into shards
METHOD:
Blend ingredients, excluding chocolate, until combined. add chocolate and quickly stir. Form balls, squeezing well before taking shape.
