Delicious served with fruit, maple syrup, or our favourite, a mix of cream and a dash of maple syrup. YUM!
- 1 cup of oats, blended into a fine flour
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of water
- Pinch of salt
- Blend the ingredients until combined.
- Fry on a hot pan with butter, ghee or, if you’d prefer, coconut oil.
- Cook until golden.
- Flip and serve.
