Oat Crepes

Delicious served with fruit, maple syrup, or our favourite, a mix of cream and a dash of maple syrup. YUM!


  • 1 cup of oats, blended into a fine flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of water
  • Pinch of salt


  1. Blend the ingredients until combined.
  2. Fry on a hot pan with butter, ghee or, if you’d prefer, coconut oil.
  3. Cook until golden.
  4. Flip and serve.
