Peter’s Breakfast Smoothie
I make a smoothie for Dayna and I every morning full which we both really enjoy! It’s keto friendly, quick to make and tastes really delicious.
The recipe (serves 1)
Ingredients
- 250ml unsweetened coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons of protein collagen powder (anti aging/ gut healing)
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder (antioxidants/ fat burning)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (fibre/ protein)
- 2 probiotic capsules
- 1/2 tablespoon prebiotic
- 1/2 tablespoon MCT powder or oil (promotes fat burning)
Method
- Blend well
- Add 1 – 1.5 trays of ice and blend again. Enjoy!
