Pumped up Acai Smoothie
This is one of my favourite smoothies at the moment. It’s quick to whip up, and the hidden vegetables are amazing for you, providing great balance as a snack or small meal.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup of baby spinach
- 1/2 zuchini
- 1/4 cucumber
- 1/2-1 banana
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 satchel of acai frozen puree
- 1 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 1 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoons bee pollen
- 1 cup of coconut water
METHOD:
Blend until combined
