Pumpkin Pizza
My best tip for going Gluten Free is to replace your grains with vegetables. People tend to switch over to gluten free pasta, gluten free bread, gluten free etc. But these products could be still doing more harm than good. They are usually refined, they may contain additives and preservatives and they still could be causing some gastrointestinal discomfort.
How about thinking outside the square??? What about trying my Pumpkin pizza!
INGREDIENTS:
- Butternut pumpkin
- Your choice of pizza toppings
METHOD:
- Slice a butternut pumpkin into slices- skin on.
- Cooked them at 180 degrees on both sides
- Add your pizza toppings
