Salmon Omelette
You just can’t go pass the nutritional value and taste of eggs for breakfast!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 eggs
- splash of milk or water
- 1/2 can of tinned salmon, unflavoured
- salt and pepper to taste
- some cheese, as you like it
METHOD:
- Combine egg and milk or water in a bowl. Whisk.
- Add salmon and cheese.
- Heat oil in a frying pan.
- Add the mixture and cook one side of the omelette for a minute or until set.
- Flip the omelette and heat the other side until it is set.
- Fold in half and serve with avocado and the salt and pepper.
