Scrambled Eggs with Avocado and Almond Flakes
Full of good fats, this breakkie is definitely going to keep you full until lunch time!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 eggs
- splash of milk or water
- 1/2 teaspoon of butter
- 1/4 of an avocado
- 2 tablespoons of flaked almonds, pan fried in coconut oil
METHOD:
- Combine the egg and milk or water in a bowl.
- Heat oil in a frying pan.
- Pan fry the egg mixture with salt and pepper in butter
- Set aside.
- Usingthe same pan, fry almond flakes, adding some coconut oil.
- Serve with avocado.
