Sesame vegetables with chicken and onions
INGREDIENTS:
- For the vegetables…
- 1 carrot
- 4 bok choy, cut roughly
- 1 medium head of broccoli, including stems
- 2 stalks of celery
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1-2 T sesame oils
- salt and pepper to taste
For the chicken…
- 4 chicken thighs, flattened
- 1/2 a brown onion, sliced into rings
- 2 medium cloves of garlic
- 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper, to taste
METHOD:
- Peel carrot and set aside.
- Cut remaining vegetables and cook with water at high temp in wok, covered with a lid, for about 10 minutes. Add sesame oil and salt and pepper and cook for a remaining few minutes, or until just tender.
- Heat barbeque and cook chicken ingredients until cooked.
Serve and enjoy
