Summer fruit smoothie
INGREDIENTS:
- 300g mango, frozen in cubes
 - 3 tablespoons of yoghurt (coconut, homemade or jalna natural/greek)
 - 2 tablespoons of coconut
 - Juice of one orange
 - 60g of coconut milk
 - 1 nectarine, cut into quarters
 - 1 peach, cut into quarters
 - Handful of ice
 
Blend for about a minute. May take a few goes due to air bubbles in Thermomix or blender used.
