Sweet Potato Mash

INGREDIENTS:
- 800 g Sweet Potato, chopped
- 500 g Potato, chopped (change ratio as required)
- 1 bunch coriander, roughly chopped
- Sprinkle of Persian or Goats Feta in oil
METHOD:
- Steam sweet potato and potato, then lightly mash so it is still chunky.
- Cover with coriander. Sprinkle feta on top and drizzle with a little oil in the feta container.
