INGREDIENTS:

  • 800 g Sweet Potato, chopped
  • 500 g Potato, chopped (change ratio as required)
  • 1 bunch coriander, roughly chopped
  • Sprinkle of Persian or Goats Feta in oil

METHOD:

  1. Steam sweet potato and potato, then lightly mash so it is still chunky.
  2. Cover with coriander. Sprinkle feta on top and drizzle with a little oil in the feta container.
