Tahini, Turmeric and Coconut Fudge

This recipe is inspired by lovely Lee Holmes’ (Supercharged food) One Bowl Tumeric Masterpiece. Thanks for continuing to inspire us Lee!

INGREDIENTS:

  • ½ cup tahini
  • ½ cup coconut butter
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon of ginger
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (can be subbed out for maple syrup or sweetener of choice)
  • 1/8 cup of coconut oil
  • 4 capsules of high quality probiotics
  • 2 tablespoons HYG powder (Heal Your Gut Powder)
  • 2 tablespoons collegen powder

METHOD:

  1. Blend on medium speed until well mixed. Freeze then enjoy!
  2. Can be stored in fridge or freezen.
