Tahini, Turmeric and Coconut Fudge
This recipe is inspired by lovely Lee Holmes’ (Supercharged food) One Bowl Tumeric Masterpiece. Thanks for continuing to inspire us Lee!
INGREDIENTS:
- ½ cup tahini
- ½ cup coconut butter
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric
- ½ teaspoon of ginger
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of honey (can be subbed out for maple syrup or sweetener of choice)
- 1/8 cup of coconut oil
- 4 capsules of high quality probiotics
- 2 tablespoons HYG powder (Heal Your Gut Powder)
- 2 tablespoons collegen powder
METHOD:
- Blend on medium speed until well mixed. Freeze then enjoy!
- Can be stored in fridge or freezen.
