Yummy Yoghurt and Muesli

Ingredients
- 1 heaped tablespoon coconut yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon GI Restore or GIT Regenex
- 1 teaspoon psyllium husks
- 1 scoop Tracey’s muesli
- 1 handful of berries/ 1 piece of fruit
Optional: LSA powder 1 teaspoon
Method
- Mix yoghurt, powder and psyllium.
- Top with the rest of the ingredients plus anything else you choose. Eat immediately as psyllium husks harden.
I take this as morning tea everyday and combine everything in my meal prep the night before. I take the psyllium in a separate container to add just before I eat.
