Flax Pudding with coconut yoghurt and granola
This recipe is a great alternative to both chia puddings and morning oats. Served warm or cold, this recipe is sure to satisfy!
Pop all ingredients into Thermomix to combine thoroughly. Then, cook for 3 minutes at 100 degrees on stirring speed
INGREDIENTS:
- 150g almond milk
 - 150g coconut milk
 - 3 tablespoons of chia seeds
 - 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
 - 2 heaped teaspoons of maca
 - 2 teaspoons of mesquite powder
 
METHOD:
- Pop all ingredients into Thermomix or blender to combine thoroughly.
 - Cook for 3 minutes at 100 degrees on stirring speed in the Thermomix or in a pot on the stove.
 - Serve with coconut yoghurt and granola.
