Entertaining doesn’t have to be hard, especially if you’re serving wholesome and delicious foods! This salmon dip is one I’ve been making for years. We always have the ingredients on hand, and everyone always raves!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 415g can of premium red salmon
  • 2 packets of cream cheese (the big ones that you can get in set packs)
  • 1/2 of a 150g jar of capers (including half the juice)
  • 1/1.5 lemons, juiced

METHOD:

Break cheese into 1/4s, then add the rest of the ingredients and mix in blender until well combined. Taste. Serve.
