Greens Side Dish

Serves: 4

Cooking Time: 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 x bunch of broccolini or broccoli
  • 1 big handful of beans with ends chopped off
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Drizzle of Macadamia oil or Olive oil
  • Lemon
  • Garlic (optional)

METHOD:

Place vegetables in a steamer until cooked (approximately 10 minutes). When ready top with salt and pepper, oil, lemon and fresh crushed garlic (optional).
