Baked Vegetables

INGREDIENTS:

All the vegetables you have in your fridge


METHOD:

  1. Simply take all the vegetables you have such as potato, sweet potato, pumpkin, zucchini, cob of corn, beetroot, broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, carrots, capsicum, beans and anything else you might have.
  2. Chop into bite sized pieces, place in a baking tray, drizzle with olive or coconut oil, sprinkle with Herbamare and bake in the oven on 180 degrees for approximately an hour (the bigger the tray, the longer it will need).
