Beetroot Dip

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 roasted medium beetroots in skin
  • 1 love garlic crushed
  • 1/2 tso dried dill
  • 1 squeeze of lemon juice

METHOD:

  1. Roast Beetroot until tender, scoop out flesh
  2. Blend all ingredinets until smooth
