Berry Burst Smoothie

Serves 2

INGREDIENTS:

  • 375 ml or 11/2 cups almond milk
  • 125 ml or 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 80 g 1/2 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries
  • 1 TBS nut butter (optional)
  • 1 TBS lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp liquid stevia or stevia powder

METHOD:

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into a tall glass and serve
