Bowel Bread with Salmon

  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • ½ cup flax seeds
  • ½ cup pyshillium husks
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • generous pinch of salt
  • 1 cup of water
  1. Blend the ingredients thoroughly on medium speed until well combined.
  2. Fry in pikelets on high-medium heat in butter or coconut oil.
  3. Serve with egg, salmon and baby spinach.
