This yummy recipe is perfect as a snack, breakfast or dessert.
- 1x 400ml can of coconut milk (full fat)
- 1x 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 heaped tsp organic maca powder
- 2 heaped tsp mesquite powder
- 1/2 teaspoon good quality vanilla powder – vanilla extract and bean paste usually contains added sugar so best to avoid these where possible.
- Mix in thermomix on medium speed or in a bowl with whisk.
- Serve with fruit.
