CAULIFLOWER RICE

INGREDIENTS:

  • large head cauliflower – cut into small florets
  • Place cauliflower florets into food processer and blend til fine texture like rice
  • Add chilli or leek if desired to add that extra flavour

METHOD:

  1. Place cauliflower mixture into pan with enough olive oil to avoid the cauliflower from sticking to pan
  2. Cook til lightly golden colour and of fluffy consistency
  3. Plate the cauliflower rice then serve with your favourite dish
  4. Enjoy
