Green Tahini

We love family snack time! Make up a platter for everyone to pick at- it’s easy and fresh.

INGREDIENTS:

  • ⅓ cup tahini
  • ¾ cup water
  • 1 small garlic clove, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ½ – ¾ teaspoon salt (I like it on the saltier side, so I used ¾)
  • Black pepper to taste
  • ½ cup spinach, leaves only, packed
  • ¼ cup parsley, leaves and stems

METHOD:

  1. Blend until well combined
