Homemade Gravy

INGREDIENTS:

  • Add to pan juices/scrapings
  • 2 tablespoons of gluten free plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon massel vegetable stock powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Water or vegetable stock (from steaming vegetables)
  • Tamari sauce (to taste)

METHOD:

  1. Scrape pan and mix through gluten free plain flour, lightly brown and then add vegetable stock powder and salt and pepper.
  2. Add water or liquid stock and bring gravy to boil, stirring constantly.
  3. Simmer until gravy is medium thickness, add tamari and simmer.
