Karlie’s Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

  • ½-1 banana- frozen is best
  • ¼ avocado
  • 1-2 cups of baby spinach
  • ¼ cucumber
  • ½ cup frozen berries
  • ¼ cup of almonds
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of sunflower seeds
  • 2 teaspoons of coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon of gelatin collegan powder (optional)
  • Probiotics
  • 2-3 cups of water or coconut water ( less water if you want to make it in to a smoothie bowl so its easy to spoon out)

METHOD:

  1. Put in blender, nutribullet or thermomix and mix until smooth.

*Other things to add or swap in the smoothie are carrot, pineapple, mango, kale, beetroot powder, camu camu powder, cacao, mesquite powder, bee pollen, spruillina, coconut water, coconut milk or cream
