Summer fruit smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

  • 300g mango, frozen in cubes
  • 3 tablespoons of yoghurt (coconut, homemade or jalna natural/greek)
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut
  • Juice of one orange
  • 60g of coconut milk
  • 1 nectarine, cut into quarters
  • 1 peach, cut into quarters
  • Handful of ice

Blend for about a minute. May take a few goes due to air bubbles in Thermomix or blender used.
