Veggie Stuffers

This is not so much a recipe but instead some really easy snack ideas that pump up the veggie intake for the day.


METHOD:

Avocados  – cut n half, remove seeds and scoop out with rice crackers.

Cucumber boats – Cut lengthways, scoop out seeds and add your favourite nute butter or dip.

Celery Sticks – Cut into lengths and fill with nut butter or dips

Capsicum – Cut into small wedges and fill with desired dip.
